Voidspace Dispatches: December 2025 - sci fi interactive, smuggling sofas and a very bad Santa
Father Platmus leads the cosy weird festivities at Phantom Peak: Wintermas
Hello everyone!
As the year winds down, and we all take a deep breath before the madness of holiday season, the immersive & interactive world brings us some exciting reasons to leave the house.
Seasonal treats included Phantom Peakβs Wintermas, where jolly, purple clad and strangely sinister Father Platmus leads the cosy-wierd festivities, and the return of family cockle-warmer The Lost Library of Leake Street.
If you fancy something a little different, we are excited to see two interactive pieces at this week's Talos sci fi theatre festival: Intrapologyβs queer interactive theatre Assigned Earth at Birth
2025 has been a pivotal year for the Voidspace. It's the year when Voidspace Live went big, when Voidspace in Conversationwent into print, and when a steady programme of scratches, showcases and workshops brought more of you into the void.
We'll be back early doors in January with some exciting announcements about what 2026 has to hold. Weβve a feeling it's going to be good.
In the meantime, in the words of Father Platmus:
Ho ho ho! I shall destroy you all!
Or, if you prefer, have a cosy, weird and joyful end to 2025.
The Void loves you! π€
